I'm Sophia Yanez, A lash technician of 4+ years & A licensed Esthetician. I am located at a Black Diamond Esthetics Spa in Muncie Indiana! I have a passion for making women feel more comfortable in their own skin & enhancing there natural beauty with eyelashes & eyebrows. I take pride in providing a safe space for all my ladies and making sure you leave here feeling like your best self. šø Outside of Esthetics I am a cat mom of two. I love spoiling them, I also love enjoying nature, evening walks, & spending time with friends & family. I have 3 sisters & a amazing boyfriend. My drinks of choice are a banana protein matcha from starbs or brown sugar shaken espresso. š„°
CANCELLATION POLICY
To respect your time and ours, we kindly ask that all appointment changes or cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance. ā¢ Any Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, as well as no showing to your appointment will result in a 70% charge of your appointment total. You will not be charged if you give at least a 24 hour notice. ā¢ I have a 15 minute grace period, After the 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled automatically & you will be considered a no show. You will need to reach out to reschedule. š©· ā¢ A valid card is required to be kept on file when booking to secure your appointment. We understand that life happens! If you need to reschedule, please reach out as soon as possible so we can best accommodate you and other clients š I am always considerable & accommodating to my clients.
